Hi! I’m Michele Huffman, but most people just call me Meesh! As a certified Strength & Conditioning Coach with over 15 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of working with athletes and clients of all backgrounds.
My Journey
My journey began as a Division I collegiate softball player, and from there, I transitioned into coaching, starting as an Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach in college athletics. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of teams, from women’s sports like softball, basketball, soccer, and volleyball, to men’s teams, including football, baseball, and basketball.
Having spent five years coaching in the collegiate setting, I understand the impact strength training can have on performance, recovery, and overall well-being. I’m particularly passionate about injury prevention and focus on building a solid foundation through proper form and technique.
