Hey yall! I am Harrison Seggebruch, Licensed Holistic Lifestyle Coach and Certified Personal Trainer at SMTF Fort Worth, I use corrective exercise for performance optimization. In other words, by doing things correctly we will do things better for longer!

Whether you are training for a sport or life is your sport we have to be ready for anything in these chaotic times!

After 10+ years of working with clients of every age and profession I have come up with my unique blend of Holistic Lifestyle Coaching, Functional Personal Training, and Self Defense Coaching.
I call it my Aware Capable Prepared system!
The goal is to not only train you to eat healthier, and exercise better but to make sure you slowly but surely integrate the lifestyle and mindset changes that will actually make the results last!

I am not a believer in Yo-yo fads, crash diets, or influencer cookie cutter workouts.
