Hey, I’m Amy Pace!
I’ve been a personal trainer and coach for about seven years. My journey to health & fitness started when I was just nine years old. Watching my grandma struggle with body image and health, ultimately getting a gastric bypass. That drastically altered her quality of life and ultimately left her disabled led me to make it my life’s mission to help myself and others optimize their health and wellbeing without medical intervention. I strongly believe that the right combination of exercise, nutrition, and mindset work will help people live their best life on their own terms for as long as they choose!
I started my journey in fitness working as a hands on physical therapy technician where I learned a lot about injury recovery and prevention. I then became a personal trainer in a corporate gym where I’ve worked with a multitude of personalities, and people with different needs. I also had the unique experience of working as a Flexologist. Which is someone who assists people with a type of stretching called PNF stretching. Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation which is a fancy way of saying I used contract and relax stretching to improve flexibility and range of motion as well as reduce pain,increase relaxation, and facility recovery from workouts. Which is a tool I’m now able to use to help my clients overcome aches, pains, and recover from our workouts together.
In my personal journey I’ve overcome a hip labral tear and surgery as well as navigating exercising and optimizing my health through an autoimmune diagnosis. I strongly believe that the challenges I’ve been through as a personal trainer have made me stronger and better equipped to handle my client’s challenges. I’m confident that I can help you keep moving and stay healthy through active health challenges whether internal or external.
Working with me you’ll find that I use habit based coaching to increase adherence in nutrition and fitness goals for long term-results. Your workouts will be progressive and tailored to your lifestyle and goals. I pride myself on being an excellent time manager and creating short but effective workouts for my clients. I’m an effective communicator who is empathetic, and intuitive when it comes to understanding your clients needs .
After several years in the fitness industry working with women I have learned that there is a huge knowledge and information gap when it comes to teaching women about pregnancy and postpartum in regards to their health and fitness goals. So I’ve recently become certified through AFPA as a Pre- and Postnatal specialist and I’ve loved being able to help my clients through their pregnancy and postpartum journeys and would love to help you too, no matter your level of fitness!
Bobby Johnson – Fitness Competition Coach
Hello! My name is Bobby Johnson, and I would love to help you achieve your fitness goals. I started my fitness journey at the age of 30. My goal was to run a 5k in 30 mins. Once I achieved this goal, I was hooked on fitness. My fastest 5k run has been 21 mins! I continued my running, and added weight training, cycling, and HIIT Training. I’ve participated in Spartan and CrossFit Competitions. As a certified personal and group fitness trainer, I’m motivated by people achieving their goals, and accomplishing things they thought they could not do, no matter if it’s weight loss, their first 5k or Spartan Race, or just doing a single box jump!
I specialize in helping my clients achieve their fitness goals in Strength and Conditioning, Endurance, Fitness Competition, and Weight Training..

I am a massive fitness enthusiast who started my fitness journey my junior year of high school simply because I was tired of being picked on for being overweight. Once I started working out, I was immediately addicted!
My first job in the fitness industry was at 17 at LA Fitness working as a Training Sales Associate for ProResults personal training. I worked my way through the ladder and became the Personal Training GM at 18. Although the sales side of things was fun, I really wanted to dive deeper into providing the one on one help personally to clientele, so I transitioned into personal training and became employed at 24 Hour Fitness. I then hopped over to World Gym as an independent personal trainer, trained there for 4 years, when suddenly my dad passed away from cancer.
I fell into a deep depression, gained over 100lbs, and was at my heaviest at 295 pounds when I realized that I was slowly killing myself. My dad did not want to leave this earth, why was I voluntarily creeping toward it?
At that point, I decided I needed a change and began to train for a bodybuilding show. In one year, I lost 105 pounds and stepped on stage in the Men’s Physique Category. I did 3 shows, and my love for fitness was revived. Since then, the passion has just grown stronger!
I want to help people overcome their fear of the work they need to put in to reach their goals. I want to help people overcome the procrastination of changing their lives simply due to not knowing what they need to do to get there. If I did it, anyone can! There is no better time to start than right now, and with me by your side you will have the confidence in knowing that I will get you to where you need to be, because I experienced the struggle myself. I put the work in myself. I lost 105 pounds myself.
