My journey to health & fitness started when I was just nine years old. Watching my grandma go through a gastric bypass that deteriorated her health. Watching my grandma’s struggles with body image and health, led me to make it my life’s mission to help myself and others optimize their health and wellbeing. I believe that the right combination of exercise, nutrition, and mindset (a resilient one,) will help people live their best life on their own terms for as long as they choose! Working with me you’ll find that I use habit based coaching to increase adherence in nutrition and fitness for long term-results.
