Harrison Seggebruch – Holistic – Functional & Self Defense Coach

Hey yall! I am Harrison Seggebruch, Licensed Holistic Lifestyle Coach and Certified Personal Trainer at SMTF Fort Worth, I use corrective exercise for performance optimization. In other words, by doing things correctly we will do things better for longer!

Whether you are training for a sport or life is your sport we have to be ready for anything in these chaotic times!

After 10+ years of working with clients of every age and profession I have come up with my unique blend of Holistic Lifestyle Coaching, Functional Personal Training, and Self Defense Coaching.
I call it my Aware Capable Prepared system!
The goal is to not only train you to eat healthier, and exercise better but to make sure you slowly but surely integrate the lifestyle and mindset changes that will actually make the results last!

I am not a believer in Yo-yo fads, crash diets, or influencer cookie cutter workouts.
We are all unique. Inside and out. From the stresses of our lives to literally the anatomical make up of our insides. (Google Bio-individuality)

Call me crazy but if the goal is be more fit, get more healthy, lose some fat, add some muscle, or the like, then we should be able to do that AND THEN KEEP THAT!

Not lose 10, add 15, wait 4 months, feel guilty, lose 25 unhealthily, gain 30 back, get depressed, repeat.

That is suck an unhealthy cycle both physically and MENTALLY!

I can give you one of the best workouts you have had. But more importantly I can help you make the life changes that will actually lead you to the results you want to see! Sustainably.

Kailey Teel – Women and Senior Fitness

Kailey Teel, Certified Women’s Health and bodybuilding coach and senior fitness specialist, Fort Worth, TX. I am originally from Wyoming, and I have been a certified personal trainer for 4 years. I Joined a gym when I was in high school, not having a clue on what I needed to do to reach my goals. I did a complimentary training session with one of the female trainers and I remember thinking to myself “wow, I wish that I could do what she does.” After many hours of trial and error, I started to make a little progress and that lit a fire in me that I didn’t even know was there. I decided to move to Texas and pursue a career in the fitness industry.
I got my first training job at LA Fitness, and over the 3 years that I worked there I had to opportunity to work with all different types of clients. I was able to gain many hours of hands-on experience due to the client volume, but I wanted more opportunity to learn and grow as a trainer. I made the decision to switch to Eos Fitness where I trained for another year. This is where I found my passion for training women that started their fitness journeys similar to the way I did. I want to bridge the gap so that my clients have a clear and realistic program without the hours of trial and error. Many women feel intimidated and confused going into a gym, my goal is to create a comfortable and supportive experience to help them reach their goals. I focus on building strength and confidence through weight training and habit building.
I am also passionate about helping senior citizens regain strength and independence. Over my years of training, I have helped my elderly clients build the strength to do things that many lose the ability to do as they age, like go up the stairs on their own, be able to get up from the floor and regain balance.
Ultimately, I love what I do, and I would love to help you reach your goals with personalized approach and a dedicated trainer to encourage you on the way.
